We are looking for Sales Associates with at least 2-5 years of sales experience negotiating and closing deals. This position entails placing our technical consultants on various IT projects throughout the United States (IT bench Sales). You will be provided with comprehensive on-the-job training.


Job Requirements:

•      2-5 years of experience in sales, preferred industries IT recruiting, consulting or collections

•      100% English (written/spoken)

•      Degree in Business, Computer science, Marketing, or related field


Skills:

•      Sales oriented/driven

•      Negotiation skills a must

•      Fast paced, multi-tasking, prospecting, discovering

•      Possess high level of business acumen

•      Strong communication skills

•      Setting expectations, and tactfully discussing/negotiating best hourly rates

•      Storytelling, active listening, objection handling

•      Preferred, but not a must- previous international sales experience (U.S., Canada, or Europe)


Day-to-Day Basics of the Role:

•      Negotiate with global vendors in order to procure the best hourly rates for our IT consultants

•      Ensure win-win situations by offering excellent engagement and customer service to our clients

•      Meet and/or exceed daily/weekly KPI's/Metrics

•      Continual follow-up with our clients and IT consultants pre & post project confirmation

•      Make at least 80-100 calls to various companies and vendors in the United States regarding their staffing needs and open technology positions

•      You will be assigned 2-4 profiles/month in one of our core technologies- the end goal being to place our IT consultants on projects with fortune 500 companies.

•      Ensure proper flow of communication between respective departments

•      Ensure that each account assigned to you is detailed, accurate, and continually up-to-date

•      Must arrive at work on time and will be expected to go above and beyond in order to accomplish deliverables


Key Requirements:

•      Must have experience negotiating and closing sales

•      Must be able to commute to and work in an office setting (this is not a remote opportunity)

•      Must be an extremely proactive person who takes pride in their work

•      Must be reliable and commit to working a full-time work schedule

•      Must be an extrovert and have a charismatic personality

•      Ability to relate to all types of people and understand their core-needs

•      Must be computer literate and know how to use MS Office and corporate email

•      Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills

•      Must be multi-tasker who is very organized and pays great attention to detail
