• Have own car and valid driver's license

• Headcount management of 300 people
• Payroll supervision management
• Union negotiation
• EHS matters follow up
• Salary and compensation management
• KPI's compliance (Absenteeism, turnover and hiring)
• Labor relations management
• Customer negotiation
• Organizational development (Salaries and positions)
• General affairs matters follow-up (Company cars, events, transportation, etc.)
• Follow up the EHS matters
