Labor Relations Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Labor Relations Specialist located in Ciénega de Flores, Nuevo León, Mexico.

The Labor Relations Specialist will be responsible for managing employee relations, labor and employment law, collective bargaining, labor relations, grievances, and employee services.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of labor and employment law
• Union relations experience
• Experience with Head Count over 1000
• Experience in KPI Related to the department
• Experience in managing collective bargaining and employee relations
• Expertise in labor relations and grievances handling
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
• Experience in the automotive industry
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a must
