We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as Incident Manager

 Responsibilities & Skills:

• Monitoring Service Alerts from cloud based off board server system.
• Incident triage, follow-up, and coordination up to resolution
• CAB (Change Advisory Board) Facilitation and representation from US Market standpoint.
• Reporting of KPIs and for management review and decision making
• Serve as a leader/mentor on the ticket management team.
• 2-3+ years of experience in IT
• Working experience with Microsoft Excel and data analytics with Excel.
• ITIL(IT Infrastructure Library) foundation certification or same Level of knowledge.
• experience of using JIRA/Confluence, SNOW or any kind of ticketing system.
