Requirements

Advanced English proficiency

8+ Years experience

• Proven experience (10 years) in BI development and 3+ Yrs in Leading teams.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft SSMS, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, and Power BI (All are Mandatory)
• Expertise in data warehousing principles and practices.
• Demonstrated ability to align technical solutions with business objectives.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory or Azure Synapse
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Activities:

1.           Lead and mentored a team of BI developers, providing hands-on guidance in developing and implementing solutions. Coordinate efforts for onshore and offshore BI teams on joint projects

2.           Oversee and actively participate in developing and maintaining Business Intelligence solutions using Microsoft SSMS, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, and Power BI.

3.           Leverage expertise in data warehousing to design, implement, and maintain robust data architectures. Develop and optimize ETL processes to support data integration and transformation.

4.           Design and implement scalable and efficient system architectures for BI solutions.

5.           Provide hands-on support for BI applications, resolving technical issues promptly.

6.           Drive the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

7.           Familiarity with Azure Data Factory and Azure Synapse to enhance and extend existing BI capabilities.
