Top Insurance Company looking for a Learning Partner to build together a safer future for Mexican families.


Role:

This position is responsible for consulting with Lines of Businesses to understand and address business' learning needs and partnering with EL&D CoEs to ensure that proposed learning interventions are designed with relevance for the audience, aligned to defined business goals, and focused on producing the desired performance and business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

•Conduct holistic learning needs analysis using EL&D consulting process, tools and templates in order to support business strategy, performance analysis, change initiatives and associated reporting

•Design LoB-specific program framework (scoping, delivery model, concepts), including pre/post communications, and marketing, sponsorship, and engagement expectations; leverage GP to design / develop learner-centric, measurable solution

•Coordinate collaboration and delivery of learning solutions to ensure alignment with learning plan

•Partner across L&D to leverage best practices and increase effectiveness and impact

•Develop fluency in advanced consulting process, tools and templates

•Develop relevant technical skills as needed to navigate within new operating model

•Participate in Learning Partner development programs and create an individual development plan in partnership with line and matrix managers


Qualifications:

•Education – BS or equivalent experience; MBA/MS preferred

•Advances English Language Skills

•Consulting experience

•At least 5 years of experience:
