GENERAL FUNCTION 

The Sales Audit Systems Analyst will be responsible for managing the integrity and reliability of financial data pertaining to sales audit processes.  Responsible for loading data into ReconNet and validating that it is accurate and complete.  Owner of standard maintenance of ReconNET reconciling software used by Sales Audit Processors, including daily validation of all data streams (point-of-sale and bank/processor). 

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Retrieval, processing and loading of different file formats (POS, bank, etc) into the ReconNet reconciliation system and verify data accuracy daily. 
• Communicates clearly and effectively with team members, stakeholders, and external partners. 
• Prepare schedules and reports as requested to support management and audit requests. 
• Respond to inquiries in a timely and courteous manner with effective verbal and written communication skills. 
• Possess intermediate knowledge and utilization of systems and software within area of responsibility. 
• Demonstrate strong follow-up skills to track and resolve issues in a timely manner. 
• Exhibit logical thinking and problem-solving abilities to automate repetitive tasks and optimize workflows. 
• Utilize various banking and reporting systems to extract and analyze relevant data as needed. 
• Independently and proactively identifies opportunities for process improvements, automation and reduce expenses. 
• Collaborate effectively with team members to meet tight deadlines and deliver high-quality results. 
• Utilize intermediate to advanced Excel skills, to analyze and manipulate large datasets. 
• Works very closely with Sales Audit Senior Analyst to ensure data accuracy. 
• Assume additional responsibilities and assist with special projects as needed or directed. 
• Prioritize work, seeking guidance from Manager as needed. 
• Escalate issues to Manager in a timely manner. 
• Comply with established department and company internal controlsc, 

  COMMUNICATION WITH OTHERS 

• INTERNAL – Oral and written communication with CSC (primarily Operations, Asset Protection, POSDM/IT, and Brand partners), store associates, and field personnel  
• EXTERNAL – Oral and written communication with bank and credit card/gift card processor contacts

• Excel VBA Macros and Visio knowledge is a plus 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including intermediate skills with formulas and pivot table functionality. 
• Previous experience with SAP systems and journal entries is preferred. 
• Basic accounting knowledge preferred. 

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE 

• Bachelor's degree preferred 
• 0 to 3 years of experience in accounting or processing environment 
• SAP and ReconNet experience preferred 
• Fluent in English
