Technical Support - Manager


MERIDA YUCATAN



To keep the department running in an efficient and profitable manner, to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention.

 

 

Responsabilities and duties:


  1. Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
  2. Develop service procedures, policies and standards.
  3. Develop customer service agents and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment
  4. Keep ahead of industry's developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement
  5. Control resources to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets
  6. Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities
  7. Measurement and analyzes Kpi´s

 

 

Essential Duties and Responsabilities:


Experience 2 years in a similar rol and environment

Experience in customer service

Ability to provide and receive constructive performance insights.

Excellent English written and oral communication skills
