Position: Support Engineer Junior

Location: CDMX, Azcapotzalco, Hybrid

What you'll do?

•     Support Engineer Junior, LINUX (Unix preferable), PL SQL, SQL

•     To provide workarounds/resolutions with Active participation in crisis calls.

•     Knowledge about how the payments system works

•     Work during the weekends

•     Working with people from other countries and cultures

•     Open to work in UK/US shift, weekends and to be on-call support after office hours on need basis (Rotational)

What you'll bring:

    •  Perform Scripts in Linux

    •   Perform Joins in Oracle and SQL Database

    •   Work experience in scheduling tools like CTRLM or Autosys

    •   Work experience in any microservices architecture and have experience in Kubernetes

    •   Knowledge about Monitoring tools like Splunk/Appdynamics

    •   ITIL process

    •   Knowledge about middleware tools like Websphere/Tomcat/JBOSS
