We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our team at Baxter Healthcare. As a Business Analyst , you will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending solutions that improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conducting business analysis to identify business problems and opportunities.

* Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and define business requirements and objectives.

* Developing detailed business process models, flowcharts, and diagrams to illustrate business processes and requirements.

* Evaluating and assessing existing business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.

* Developing and documenting business cases, use cases, and functional requirements.

* Facilitating meetings with stakeholders to capture requirements and prioritize business needs.

* Performing data analysis and crafting reports to support decision-making.(SQL Skills required)

* Developing test cases and test plans to ensure that business requirements are met.

* Supporting the development and implementation of new systems and processes.

* Communicating effectively with stakeholders to ensure project success and user adoption.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.

* At least 5 years of experience working as Business Analyst working closely with Data and Analytics.

* Strong techical background: SQL, AWS and Azure skills

* Strong understanding of data privacy and security principles.

* Solid understand of architectural patterns.

* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, engineering, healthcare required.

* 2+ years of business analytics experience required.

* Experience with SQL modeling and Data Analytics

* Certification in business analysis or a related field is a plus.
