As an Sea Pricing Executive is responsible of providing cost accuracy, develop and bring

new agents, analyse and negotiate our sea prices for both current operations and new business, anticipating to market conditions and responding fast with effective solutions when needed, and improving productivity in order to meet profitability, quality service and the best rates using his negotiation skills and expertise, always trying to get the best possible logistics option, based on the commercial area necessities, lined up with the area requirements, providing solutions and alternatives for each request.

Actively monitoring, analysing and communicating the market tendency and opportunities to the team in order to seek for the best possible client's needs.

Required qualifications/skills:

English and Spanish fluency % required: 95%

? Negotiation + Communication skills

? Works well under pressure

? Social skills are needed (meetings/dinners or meals with agents and

suppliers)

? Approach and strategic negotiation skills with agents, shipping lines and

suppliers

? Pricing and Negotiation Skills with shipping lines and international agents.

? SEA transportation (logistics preferred)

? Up to 3 years of experience in SEA pricing or SEA operations

? Ability to analyse SEA cost tendency in the market

? Education: International Commerce / International Relationship career is

needed

Availability to travel (National and International travels)

Key Responsibilities:

? Negotiate with our International agents and carriers

? Fill out correctly the costs in our system

? Look for the best logistics option as per the client's request

? Develop agents and suppliers so we can have many different options to

consider

? Create strategies to get better rates for existing and new businesses

? Manage different currencies

? Arrange virtual meetings with our agents

? Availability

? Assist to social events with agents and carriers

? Gain and maintain the most competitive rates in market for the European

requests

? Increase the number of gained quotations and profit margins for the sea

requests
