We are a growing organization, and we are seeking an individual to join our shared services department as an Expeditor. Together, with the momentum of our business vision, we can achieve international success and added innovation in all of the themes which Dürr influences at a global level. 

As a part of the Shared Services-Purchasing group, the Expeditor will participate in a variety of types of projects. This includes PFS, CTS, and APT work. The Expeditor will be responsible from placement of the order through the good being received in our system. Major tasks include:

Expediting

·      Organizing supplier information, identifying, and escalating supplier issues/delays to management and project team. 

·      Summarize and report out supplier delays weekly.

·      Maintain ship dates as negotiated by the Buyer.

·      Update SAP with supplier delivery comments, ship dates, and acknowledgements in the purchase order.

·      Expedite approval drawings between suppliers and engineering.

·      Developing and implementing future material management and control plans and procedures

·      Fulfilling additional responsibilities and misc. expediting functions as required to support the Project

Qualifications/Skills:

• 2 years direct experience in Expediting / Supply Chain / Materials Management required.
• Degree in Supply Chain or equivalent preferred
• Effective use of SAP or equivalent preferred
• Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal required.
• Excellent planning and exceptional organizational skills with high level attention to detail.
• Enthusiastic, willing to learn, and flexible regarding day-to-day responsibilities.
• Effective computer skills and use of Microsoft Office Software
• Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Must be detail oriented with the ability to multi-task.
