JOB DESCRIPTION 

  • Aid on daily office operations.
  • Responsible for addressing and solving affairs and performing administrative roles as required.
  • Daily scheduling of appointments in a timely and efficient manner. 
  • Developing problem-solving and multitasking skills is a must to quickly identify and resolve account issues.
  • Submitting paperwork for authorizations, as well as maintaining, and reporting assigned accounts.
  • Measuring performance and productivity through report generation by using software platforms.
  •  Handling inbound and outbound calls for offices and insurance companies in the US.



QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS

  • Excellent English (spoken and written).
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Intermediate Excel knowledge.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Power Point, Excel).
  • Excellent people skills.

ACTIVITIES

  • Using multiple cloud-based software platforms to monitor performance, productivity, daily duties, compiling reports and data entry. 
  • Scheduling and organizing appointments. 
  • Preparing and submitting clean claims to various companies electronically.
  • Addressing issues that may prevent billing errors.
  • Overseeing and collecting payments.
  • Alerting management to irregularities and areas of concern.
  • Ensuring that adequate staffing is provided to all clients assigned. 
  • Employee onboarding through an online portal.
  • Identifying key accounts and reducing low performing accounts.
  • Answering telephone and email inquiries in a timely manner.
