The Training DG position is a high-potential role designed to train young talent to assume the role of Director General or Plant Manager in the future. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and deep knowledge of all aspects of operating a glass packaging manufacturing plant, with the ultimate goal of leading the organization to success.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Chemical Engineering, or a related field preferred. Work experience:
• Previous work experience in the glass industry or similar industrial sectors is highly valued.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data and information systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
• Strong motivation, ambition, and ability to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
• Availability to travel and relocate as required.
