Develop production plans to meet customer demand while maximizing efficiency.

Develop production plans to meet customer demand while maximizing efficiency.
How you will do it?
- Proactively seek out opportunities to reduce cost and increase machine uptime.
- Work hand in hand with operations to increase throughput.
- Daily, weekly, monthly, review of existing and future production planning. Review monthly sales forecast projections.
- Maintain master production planning data to best utilize our planning system. Ensure that schedules support daily on time shipping performance.
- Ensure production schedules are meeting both our manufacturing and customer service requirements to properly communicate availability dates. Monitor plant finished goods inventory levels.
- Manage production capacity constraints and alert necessary team members to issues.
- Comply with activities specified in JCI Safety Commitment Letter.
- Participate in EHS activities (subcommittees, emergency brigades, inspections, audits, campaigns, training, etc) as required.
- Comply with the roles and responsibilities matrix as applicable. Ensure applicable activities that help achieve EHS goals and metrics.
- Participate in EHS observations program.
- Ensure EHS goals and metrics are established in GPAS for all employees.
REQUIREMENTS:
- University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- SAP.
- Bilingual. (English/Spanish).
- 3 Years minimum experience.
- Ability to manage complex internal and external relationships requiring diplomacy, negotiating, and analytical skills.
- Ability to develop and motivate direct reports.
- This position requires a quality-focused attitude with an appropriate sense of urgency and attention to details.
- Willingness and ability to work on both individual and team projects is required.
