Support the finance team in the preparation of financial reports, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Assist in the development and maintenance of financial models to support business decisions and forecasting.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, outliers, and opportunities for cost savings or process improvements.
Collaborate with other departments including accounting, operations, administration, and sales to gather and interpret financial information and provide recommendations to management.
Participate in month-end and year-end close activities, including preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts, and analyzing financial statements.
Assist in ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects, as needed.

2-3 years of relevant experience in financial analysis or accounting.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present financial data.

Attention to detail and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Experience in an international maquila or manufacturing environment is a plus.
