Carry out the necessary actions to implement and maintain the SGA / SIGLOSS. Perform SOC / SOS tours. Participate in security audits in general. Participate in the food safety self-inspections of your area periodically, as well as in the periodic audits of AIB. Support managers in detecting training needs in environmental issues and to raise awareness among all employees on issues. Develop and implement the training plan and save the records. Manage and develop disabled staff. Collaborate in the definition of quality objectives and food safety, according to the requirements of customers and consumers. Support in the documentation and analysis of data for the decision making of quality and food safety, through the use of statistical tools (Quality Route, CEP, Kaizen). Interpret and apply quality management models: internal quality system and internal and external food security. (Frito-Lay, AIB and HACCP). Participate in the food safety self-inspections of your area periodically, as well as in the periodic audits of AIB. Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Education Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Organizational Psychology, Industrial Engineering or related.
