Key Tasks & Responsibilities:  

• Process engineer in charge of the operation KPIS in order to understand how run the business   
• Productivity and production meetings   
• Responsible to follow up and improve the 90 days transformation plan   
• Responsible to administer the weekly kaizen events and the following of it
• Visit Management with USA directors and customers   
• Excel advanced to do and create the administrative reports   
• Conversational English and ease of speech   

Required Years of Experience:

3-5 years   

Required Education:

Engineering bachelor degree   

Required Experience:

• Experience as Process Engineer in Electronic Assemble Industry
• Knowledge of Wave Solder process and Manual Insertion Processes
• Experience in Line Balancing and standard work
