As a Finance Manager you will lead the financial journalism and strategy and cost initiatives. You will perform plant-specific accounting activities; you will prepare manufacturing budgets; You will be responsible for accounting for compliance with internal controls. You will perform monthly closings and financial journalism; Prepare annual budgets and annual adjustments. You will coordinate the annual physical inventories of plant and consignment. You will be responsible for price analysis. This position reports to the financial planning director.

Key Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for providing full leadership and direction to a team of employees in an effort to provide regulatory analysis and reporting in coordination with the Finance team.
• Develop departmental plans, including business and/or organizational priorities.
• Provide financial journalism and analysis to guide decision-making.
• You will be responsible for accounting internal controls compliance.
• You will be responsible for financial planning and analysis (FP&A) that will support major business decisions.
• You will be responsible for business variance analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related.
• Fluent English with excellent oral and written skills.
• Solid understanding in Financial Statements (P&L, Balance sheet, Cashflow, Working Capital)
• 6 years of experience managing all aspects of finance.
• Two years of experience managing a work team.
• Sound knowledge of prices and standard cost.
• High skills in executive presentations, writing and report design.
• SAP, Oracle, Hyperion or similar experience.
