We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as Manufacturing Coordinator, based in Torreon Plant, Ciudad Torreon. Coah (E-Systems Division).

As manufacturing coordinator, you will have an excellent opportunity to work in an International and growing environment, reporting directly to Manager Manufacturing.

Your Task will be:

• Operational personnel management.
• Management of materials and equipment under your responsibility.
• Control of production efficiency per line
• Control of the release cover of production by line
• Meet and improve the KPI goals assigned to your function.
• Solution of operational and labor problems.
• Focus on personnel turnover control.
• Monitoring of new employees.
• Hour-by-hour compliance monitoring

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Education: University Grade
• Experience in a similar position or in the automotive industry end electronics industry (Preferred)
• Analytical, Communications and Organizational skills.
• Troubleshooting
• Process & Line Rebalancing
• Bilingual (Spanish-English) #LI-DNI
