About the Role

As our Product Manager, you will be responsible for growing revenue, optimizing profitability, and maximizing customer satisfaction for your portfolio. This is a leadership position, that allow you a significant degree of autonomy along with the ability to influence the strategic direction of the business. If you are a creative, results-oriented, self-starter who enjoys working in a team environment, you already possess some key attributes to be successful.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of product plans to achieve revenue, growth, and operating profit targets.
  • Assist in development and maintenance of standard pricing and associated price lists for the assigned products.
  • Recommend and implement solutions.
  • Analyze business, technology, financial and product trends
  • Maintain product forecasts for Sales Operations Financial Planning (SOFP) demand planning.
  • Implement product life cycle strategies (development, pricing, extensions, rationalization, retirement) for the assigned products.
  • Work with Marketing Communications to create and update product -oriented sales tools including spec sheets, catalogs, advertisements, trade show demos, web-site upgrades, training content and case histories.


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in electronics related field, or equivalent experience (5 - 8 years)
  • Project Management experience
  • Computer skills (MS Office, ability to install and run various software programs)
  • Basic Sales understanding
  • Financial acumen and analysis skills.
