Técnico Monitorista
CDMX - México

Se solicita un técnico monitorista para la supervisión de sistemas criticos y confort, para la correcta operación del inmueble.

- Zona: CDMX
- Horario: 8 Horas diarias, día de descanso, importante rolar turnos.

Responsabilidades:

• Gestión y monitoreo de la operación y comportamiento del sistema BMS (UPS, Generadores, STS, PDU, AD&S, etc)
• Implementación de procedimientos operacionales y de emergencia
• Generación de reportes y documentación relacionada con la operación del sistema BMS

Requisitos:

• Conocimiento y experiencia en integraciones de sistema de control y monitoreo de BMS (Metasys, Web Ctrl, Honeywell, Continuum, etc.)
• Conocimiento en sistemas y equipos electricos de baja tensión
• Conocimiento de sistemas HVAC / Aire Acondicionado
• Conocimientos generales de plantas de emergencia, UPS, bombas, sistemas contra incendio, STS, PDU etc
• Manejo y uso de computadora, así como de paqueteria Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Correos, reuniones, etc)
