1 Expertise in working with ReactJS HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript JQuery Bootstrap 2 Experience in Java ReactJS skills 3 Independently performs front end implementation of medium to high complexity responsive UI apps for different types of consumers facing channels such as mobile and web apps 4 Engages with the business development team and or customers early on to seek a deeper appreciation of the customers' business problem goals 5 Collaborates with product teams to evangelize UI design resolve design tradeoffs and implementation issues 6 Ensure that graphics and programming aspects follow the tenets of human user interface aspects and are in line with the principles of brand identity 7 Leverages graphic design and IT skills to create user interfaces components 8 Fully designs develops deploy and maintain web application and mobile application user interfaces 9 Maps out end to end user interface workflows 10 Conducts usability testing to identify and fix UI issues and gather real world intelligence from target users 11 Experience of working in CI CD environments 12 Works with usability specialists on the layout of a web site application or other IT interface and to ensure that user needs and usability principles are met
