ARE YOU OUR NEXT GENERATION OF TALENT? YOU MAY BE OUR NEW Talent Acquisition Intern The Talent Acquisition Intern will play a crucial role in supporting the Talent Acquisition team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition within a fast-paced and growing organization. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates. Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and universities. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for open positions. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system. Assist in the preparation of job postings and recruitment materials. Participate in career fairs, networking events, and campus recruitment activities as needed. Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork and assisting with orientation sessions. Assist in marketing duties related to employer branding initiatives, such as creating content for the company's website and social media platforms. Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed. You bring these skills, experience & education Must be a current student studying within their last semester in the following areas: Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, Engineering (with a focus in Administration) (Bachelor's program?) Must be fluent in English; Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Must have insurance that is covered by the university.
