This position's location is in San Pedro Garza Garcia, Nuevo Leon, Mexico, will be worked a Hybrid Work From Home scheme (3 days at the office).
We are seeking highly collaborative, creative, and intellectually curious Associate Infrastructure Engineers who are passionate about supporting cutting-edge computing capabilities. As a member of the Chubb Document Ingestion Ops Team, you will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, diagnosing, maintaining, and resolving issues within Chubb's Robotic Process Automation (RPA) platforms. You will be supporting our Bot infrastructure deployed throughout the world and get experience working on-call support with a Following the Sun Model. Ideal candidates should have a strong curiosity and internal drive to resolve operational challenges and engineer solutions to decrease issues in the future.

Basic exposure with code development (Java, Python, Ruby, etc.)
Demonstrable experience with overcoming technical challenges and being adaptable. Apply newly gained expertise to drive technical solutions.
Self-starter / Self-motivated to learn and succeed.
Experience with working on an operational support team.
Open Source / Community Edition technologies like Linux / GITHUB
Ability to troubleshoot scripts that automate software delivery and infrastructure delivery capabilities.
Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
Energetic, able to build and sustain long-term relationships across a multitude of stakeholders in a fast paced, multi-national work environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Selenium Web Driver or java backend automation.
Experience with Linux
Experience with a scripting language like Python or Ruby
Exposure to monitoring tool such as Nagios, Datadog, and ELK.
Basic experience with Docker & Kubernetes.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
