What you will do? Develop production plans to meet customer demand while maximizing efficiency. How you will do it? Proactively seek out opportunities to reduce cost and increase machine uptime. Work hand in hand with operations to increase throughput. Daily, weekly, monthly, review of existing and future production planning. Review monthly sales forecast projections. Maintain master production planning data to best utilize our planning system. Ensure that schedules support daily on time shipping performance. Ensure production schedules are meeting both our manufacturing and customer service requirements to properly communicate availability dates. Monitor plant finished goods inventory levels. Manage production capacity constraints and alert necessary team members to issues. Comply with activities specified in JCI Safety Commitment Letter. Participate in EHS activities (subcommittees, emergency brigades, inspections, audits, campaigns, training, etc) as required. Comply with the roles and responsibilities matrix as applicable. Ensure applicable activities that help achieve EHS goals and metrics. Participate in EHS observations program. Ensure EHS goals and metrics are established in GPAS for all employees. REQUIREMENTS: University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. SAP. Bilingual. (English/Spanish). 3 Years minimum experience. Ability to manage complex internal and external relationships requiring diplomacy, negotiating, and analytical skills. Ability to develop and motivate direct reports. This position requires a quality-focused attitude with an appropriate sense of urgency and attention to details. Willingness and ability to work on both individual and team projects is required.
