RResponsibilities • Supervise and train to Traffic assistants who are part of yourstaff. • Supervision of activities related to compliance, development, and implementation of established procedures for each of them. Updating those already established. • Support responses to requirements from different government agencies related to the activity. • Supervise the maintenance of physical and electronic import archives. • Supervise the proper functioning of the Aranxel and Business Customs Declaration systems by contacting support personnel when necessary, as well as proposing improvements to both systems. • Conduct internal audits of import records to determine the company's situation and develop necessary corrective action plans to rectify any irregularities found. • Supervise compliance with the IMMEX program requirements, support with reporting to INEGI. • Ongoing training regarding changes established by Laws, regulations, and rules related to Foreign Trade and ensuring the implementation and communication of any relevant changes. RRequirements Bachelor's degree in International Business, Administration, or related fields.
