Oversee daily activities and support the Plant Controller with Fixed Assets, Cost, Accounting, AP, VAT recovery, Taxes, and FP&A. Ensure timely balance sheet reconciliations with corrective actions as needed. Identify and mitigate internal controls risks. Ensure compliance with statutory and tax filings. Assist with monthly entity close and analysis. Supervise fixed asset processes, maintain asset register, and lead asset inventory. Support FP&A in budgeting and forecasting. Lead cost reduction projects cross-functionally Drive continuous process improvement, enhance data integrity, and utilize technology. Standardize processes by documenting all key activities. Leading and assisting managing the general accounting functions|Business partner to the Plant Controller providing financial information 5+ years of experience as Assistant Plant Controller or Plant Controller Jr., preferably in a large international manufacturing site Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field Management skills Strong communication and presentations skills Strong analytic and problem - solving background Advanced English both written and verbal ERP: SAP HFM - preferable Manufacturing international company Salary + Superior Benefits
