As a member of a dedicated product team, the Product Manager works closely with engineering, quality assurance, design, services, support, marketing, consulting, and sales teams to bring value to our customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing execution of the product development lifecycle from ideation, research, validation, and planning, through construction, testing, release, and customer adoption. Product Managers are responsible for managing roadmap development and ensuring that the product meets the needs of our customers and the supply chain visibility market. A Day in The Life Typically Includes: Translate customer and market requirements into product design and functional specifications for cloud-based software products; work with engineering and QA to ensure successful development Create, validate, communicate, evangelize, and execute product vision and roadmap Develop internal and external communication materials to convey the solution's value to customers, and to support solution implementation, adoption, and support Gather feedback and conduct user research to ensure user adoption and satisfaction Participate in customer or prospect meetings to present the product roadmap, participate as a subject matter expert, or understand other concerns as raised by the customer Represent the product as a domain expert and own the product backlog for the adaptive user experience Basic Qualifications: Product management or product development experience Prior experience developing software or technology solutions Written and verbal communication skills in English with ability to deliver product presentations and demos Project management skills Able to work 3 days per week in the Infor Mexico City office Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Enterprise, SaaS and/or web platform software development lifecycle Prior experience working with data management software/systems Supply Chain Management experience User and/or User Experience research experience Experience with data visualization products Location: Montes Urales Norte 505, Col, Lomas de Chapultepec, 11000 Ciudad de México.
