This position's location is in San Pedro Garza Garcia, Nuevo Leon, Mexico, will be worked a Hybrid Work From Home scheme (3 days at the office). We are seeking highly collaborative, creative, and intellectually curious Associate Infrastructure Engineers who are passionate about supporting cutting-edge computing capabilities. As a member of the Chubb Document Ingestion Ops Team, you will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, diagnosing, maintaining, and resolving issues within Chubb's Robotic Process Automation (RPA) platforms. You will be supporting our Bot infrastructure deployed throughout the world and get experience working on-call support with a Following the Sun Model. Ideal candidates should have a strong curiosity and internal drive to resolve operational challenges and engineer solutions to decrease issues in the future.
