At Meztal, we're currently seeking a Desk Support Specialist with expertise in NinjaOne administration or othesimilar system, to join our dynamic team. Job Description: Summary: We are looking for a Desk Support Specialist with skills in NinjaOne or similar endpoint system administration to provide technical support to internal users and clients of our company. The ideal candidate will have experience in troubleshooting, excellent communication skills, and the ability to efficiently manage the NinjaOne system. Responsibilities: Provide technical support to internal users and clients of the company via tickets and other tracking tools. Manage and resolve incidents in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring customer satisfaction. Administer the NinjaOne system, including configuration, updates, and troubleshooting. Collaborate with other technical teams to identify and resolve complex issues. Provide basic training on the use of the NinjaOne system to new internal users. Document and maintain accurate records of all interactions and solutions provided to users. Participate in projects related to NinjaOne system improvements and other IT initiatives as needed. Stay up-to-date on the latest updates and enhancements in the NinjaOne system and other related technologies. Requirements Previous experience in a technical support role, preferably in a corporate environment. Basic knowledge of system administration, preferably with specific experience in NinjaOne system administration. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to work independently and in a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Relevant certifications in system administration or technical support are a plus. Availability to work in a hybrid scheme for the first month, with the possibility of transitioning to remote work afterward. Proficiency in English, as the team is based in the U.S. Benefits ?
