It's important to have a combination of operational excellence and project management skills to ensure business continuity while creating a value and impact for the organization Supporting the Head of Capex finance team in key Data&Analytics deep dives such as Cash Visibility, Manufacturing Budget Management Project management tooling improvements, along with better utilization of existing Data&Analytics tools Lead the Change Journey in Global Manufacturing environment Generate periodic reports, provide advice and follow up on actions; align with HFM / PTB and other capex reporting tools Serve as a key user for financial accounting capex, managing accounting treatment of capex projects (opex / capex), capex-related actions of FSSC (WBS-elements creation, asset activation) and financial lease accounting Function as a key user for Coupa, overseeing the indirect purchasing process Coordinate the internal control cycle to ensure processes align with the Internal Control Framework Coordinate timely depreciation and valuation of assets in use; offer insight into capex payable and accrual positions We are a small but impactful team to drive the change in Global Manufacturing environment.
