Important company dedicated to providing financial services is looking for the best talent.
Payment Reminder!
We offer:
Monthly salary of $18,500.00
Schedule: Monday to Saturday from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm
Duties:
Customer service and follow-up
Resolve customer doubts, questions, or concerns
Collect overdue payments and/or payment agreements to resolve delinquent accounts
Provide appropriate collection solutions
Systematically document conversations clearly and precisely
Perform daily updates of customer personal information
Follow up on electronic payments with the ECM/Portal system
Requirements:
C1 level English proficiency
High school diploma
Microsoft Office skills
- Experience in a call center
- Modalidad de trabajo presencial.
