Short Job Description

• Ensure that the quality system is operated and maintained in the assigned project or production line in accordance with the requirements of IOS,
• Solve the quality problems of customers and internal, keep the production line under control, improve product quality and reduce production costs.

Main Responsibilities

• Ensure the effectiveness of quality documentation implemented at the production site and updated in a timely manner (e.g. inspection instructions, CP, FMEA, quality records, sample parts, etc.).
• Implement continuous improvement, process monitoring data tracking, analysis and action on non-conforming items, and progressive trend-based prevention.
• For the occurrence of unqualified parts and other quality problems, in view of the defects, quickly conduct containment.
• Monitor quality KPIs such as scrap, deviations, process quality downtime, etc. and track improvement measures for each issue.
• Collect, collate and analyze quality data, analyze and monitor product quality trends.
• Responsible for establishing, implementing and maintaining statistical process control techniques.
• Provide warranty and 0km customer complain and assist CQE with analysis and follow-up on corrective measures.
• Check the effectiveness of the implementation of control plans, identify potential quality risks and address quality issues as they arise and take corrective and preventive action.
• Exercise responsibility for safety regulations within the scope of work procedures and for shared PPSC alerts be able to train to shift leaders and display on the quality information board.
• Participates in FMEA analysis while performing advanced quality planning activities and monitoring the status of the product throughout its life.
• Responsible for the assessment and review of the conformance of all production methods and product improvement methods to quality standards.
• Cooperate with other departments so as to better achieve the company's objectives.
• Completes work assigned by the company on an ad hoc basis.
• Assist in the implementation of quality system and process review and follow-up improvement measures, actively use various quality improvement tools and promote them to promote quality control improvements;
• Working ability needs to meet the specific requirements of the client, such as: mastering the five quality tools (APQP/PPAP/SPC/MSA/FMEA); familiar with the IATF16949 quality system standard; familiar with related products and processes; understanding the process methods and having risk-based thinking;
• Undertake the management responsibility of the company's related IOS documents and the requirements of the IATF16949/ISO14000 standards, and ensure the effective operation of the IOS file, and continuously improve the relevant procedures and applications in the IOS file within the department.

Educational Background:

• Ba/Ms degree (VI/VII level), area of education: engineering, quality management or related

Experience:

• 3 or more years of relevant experience in area of quality management.
• Familiarity with IATF16949 system standards.
• Good at GD&T, can read the mechanical drawing and use these knowledge to evaluate the checking fixture design.

Knowledge & skills:

• Fluency/Good in English, both verbal and written
• Excellent interpersonal/organizational skills, strong sense of team belonging
• Master the five quality tools (APQP / PPAP / SPC / MSA / FMEA) and the relevant development process of mainstream customers.
• Familiar with IATF16949 quality system standard. Familiar with related products and processes.
• Understand process methods and have risk-based thinking.
