Short Job Description

• According to the requirements of IOS, managing the product quality of external suppliers after SOP to solve the quality issues of suppliers, and to ensure the effective implementation of corresponding quality control measurements.
• Identify and evaluate the potential risks and issues of supplier quality, track and push the completion of corresponding corrective actions, and continuously improve the supplier product quality and process capability.

Main Responsibilities

• Establish and update the quality agreement for post-production products as required, ensure that the supplier meets the relevant requirements.
• Responsible for the approval of PPAP (Production Part Approval Procedure) of suppliers after SOP according to submit requirements.
• Incoming product inspection documents, and evaluate training and assessment for inspectors.
• Response to the supplier's quality issues found in the purchase, on site and from customers, take containment actions, and follow up with the further resolutions.
• The completion of type test from suppliers after SOP.
• Responsible for the product audit and process audit of the supplier and manage key and risk suppliers by means of MQR meeting and CS1 ,CS2 etc.
• Summarize supplier performance, work with supplier development engineer to improve supplier's product quality and process capability.
• Working ability should meet the specific requirements of customer, such as mastering five quality tools (APQP / PPAP / SPC / MSA / FMEA); Familiar with IATF16949 quality system standard; Familiar with related products and processes; Understand process methods and risk-based thinking.
• The management responsibility of the company's relevant IOS documents and the requirements of IATF standards, ensure the effective operation of IOS documents, and continuously improve the relevant procedures and applications in IOS documents within the Department.
• Management responsibility defined by relevant IOS document as well as the IATF standards. Ensure Effective Operation of IOS documentation and continuously improve relevant process and their application of IOS documentation internal.
• Summary and sharing regularly, optimize procedure as well as learn new idea, new knowledge and new tools.
• Conduct and train employees to promote professional skills and lead teams to solve key problems or accomplish important programs and train staff to use their talent and ensure the effective implementation of CID and succession plan and continuously improving staff engagement.
• In charge of safety works and practice related safety regulations as well as perfect safety equipment and practice safety protect and production target and ensure employee and equipment safety.

Educational Background:

• Ba/Ms degree (VI/VII level), area of education: engineering, quality management or related

Experience:

• 3 or more years of relevant work experience
• Working experience in auto parts industry, seat industry is preferred.
• Familiar with metal stamping, welding, riveting, assembly and other processes is preferred.

Knowledge & skills:

• Fluency/Good in English, both verbal and written
• Excellent interpersonal/organizational skills, strong sense of team belonging
• Master the five quality tools (APQP / PPAP / SPC / MSA / FMEA) and the relevant development process of mainstream customers.
• Familiar with IATF16949 quality system standard. Familiar with related products and processes.
• Understand process methods and have risk-based thinking.
