"GAC MOTOR, a prestigious automotive brand hailing from Guangzhou, China, has recently made its debut in Mexico City." We are looking for top-notch talent to join our team and conquer the Mexican market together.

Key Responsibilities:



  1. Front Desk: Greet visitors warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression. Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office promptly.
  2. Communication Management: Efficiently manage company parcels and correspondence. Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
  3. Event Planning: Coordinate office activities for holidays, birthdays, and business events. Creatively prepare weekly breakfast and snack menus; use Canva for poster designs.
  4. Office Administration: Perform administrative and clerical tasks, including budget control and expense analysis. Utilize Excel and/or Google Sheets for accurate calculations and prognostics.
  5. Inventory Management: Keep track of office supplies and place orders as necessary. Manage inventory of keys, access cards, stationery, and other back-office supplies.
  6. HR & Operation Support: Provide guidance and training to employees as needed. Assist HR with administrative tasks and supplier sourcing, facilitating smooth company operations.
  7. Image Maintenance: Maintain tidy and presentable workstations, upholding the company's premium image. Participate in building administration meetings and ensure protocol compliance.


Qualifications:



  1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree concluded in a relevant fields.
  2. Technical Proficiency: Skilled in office management or project management tools (MS Office, Google Sheets, Canva, etc).
  3. Soft Skills: Strong capabilities in organization, planning, verbal & written communication, and interpersonal abilities.
  4. Resilience: Exhibits strong frustration tolerance, excellent stress management, and the ability to multitask efficiently in fast-paced settings, with outstanding patience and customer service focus.
  5. Personality Traits: Extroverted personality with a consistently positive attitude.
  6. Cultural Competency: Comfortable working in a multicultural & multilingual workspace and interacting with diverse teams.



Preferences:
