Job Functions:

·        Supervise offsite Pricing Team and their daily responsibilities (Including but not limited to the items listed below)

o  Oversee the pricing of all product types

o  Creation and maintenance of customer promotions and catalogs

o  Creation and maintenance of customer spec sheets

o  Analyzing and resolving daily EDI Errors

o  Analyzing and resolving daily pricing holds

o  Analyzing and pricing custom requests from the Customer Care Department

o  Analyze and resolve all customer pricing chargebacks

·        Maintain the gross margin tables by account and brand

·        Oversee and maintain periodic gold lock calendars

Requirements:

·        Proficient in MS Excel, Outlook and Word.

·        Experience in the Navision Dynamics ERP system is a plus.

·        Exceptional organizational skills

·        Skills in problem solving and trouble shooting.

Experience and education:

·        BS or BA in either Accounting, Finance or Business

·        2+ Years in some type of Cost Accounting or Product Costing

·        Knowledge of precious metal jewelry a plus
