Short Job Description

  • Quickly response for customer quality problems and reducing customer complaints;
  • Lead customer concern problem improvement and reduce external quality loss costs;
  • Customer relationship maintenance, improve customer satisfaction.


Main Responsibilities

  • Dealing with customer complaints in a timely manner, ensuring to give customer feedback within 24 hours, and maintaining good communication with customers;
  • Manage the customer service activity to ensure the quality issue in customer side can be disposed in time, the information of customer quality issue can be accurately transferred to plant in time; rework time and direct runner can be effectively controlled.
  • Push, follow up and verify the containment action and issue solving of customer quality issue (incl. 0 km issue and warranty issue), to ensure the issue containment, analysis, and implementation conforms to the requirements of our group/customer. And provide report according to the customer requirement.
  • Manage regularly collect, summarize and analysis the customer quality issues, point out the current quality control key point on customer side, and create report.
  • Mange the verification on customer side of internal and external engineering changing parts. Provide deviation application to customer.
  • Manage and maintain the customer KPI, provide relative report and maintain the data on relative internal and external website.
  • Understand the on-site environment and status of customer, manage the recognition of the risks which can affect the product quality, and communicate with customer.
  • Receive, evaluate and manage the quality relative documents from customer side.
  • Participate in the evaluation of delivery packaging, recognize and point out the potential risks.
  • Continue improving the quality performance on site.
  • Undertake the management responsibility of the company's related IOS documents and the requirements of the IATF16949/OHSAS18000/ISO14000 standards, and ensure the effective operation of the IOS file, and continuously improve the relevant procedures and applications in the IOS file within the department.


General Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree (engineering, quality management or related)
  • Fluent English communication skills
  • 2 or more years of relevant experience in area of quality management
  • Good interpersonal communication and organization and coordination skills, strong team awareness;
  • Familiar with the five quality tools (APQP/PPAP/SPC/MSA/FMEA); be familiar with IATF16949 quality system standards; be familiar with related products and processes; understand process methods and have risk-based thinking;
  • Good knowledge of customer standards, special requirement and in-depth knowledge of quality engineering techniques,
  • Meet the requirements of the company's values and leadership model;
  • Comply with information security management regulations and codes of conduct, reasonably use and protect company information systems and equipment.
