Job DescriptionThe position provides timely support to the administrative process of the different Emerson offices in the National Territory (Monterrey, Torreón, Queretaro, Coatzacoalcos and Villahermosa).
Responsibilities: - Office Administrative Support.
- Interaction with different departments (Purchasing, Finance, Credit and Collections).
- Administration and control of the different service contracts for the Offices.
- Supervision of the personnel who provide us with services in the Coatzacoalcos and Villahermosa Offices (Security and Maintenance)
- Frequent visits to the Coatzacoalcos Office.
Required Experience: - Basic Administration Background.
- Challenger mentality leveraging internal and/or external resources, follow through ability to work in a team.
- Maneuvering comfortably through complex policy, process, and people-related organizational dynamics.
- Responsible, with Ethics and Values, desire to have a career at Emerson.
Required Education: Bachelor's degree required.
