Job Description

Support by new product introduction, equipment and process definition, acquisition,
validation, and installation on production environment. Develop instructions and internal
procedures to ensure compliance of changes and modifications required by CN, CoC or
central entities.

Testing system specialist:
• Maintain a clean and highly organized area and participating in Lean Manufacturing 5S activities
and projects.
• Responsible to follow implementation of DMD's / VVT's / and general specifications requested for VS.
• Responsible for supporting by quality / customer audits.
• Responsible for supporting by fixtures and tools: Designing, acceptance validation, release and implementation on production process.
• Responsible to support validation of new part number implementations and new lines launches.
• Eliminate non-valued added activities.
• Maintain constant communication with CN colleagues to understand changes and new
requirements and communicate them to MFP group.
• Ensure the participation of the group of engineers in global process meetings. Sharing lessons
learned.
• Identify gaps, improvement opportunities and vulnerabilities in process and provide training for engineers and technicians to solve them and implement this trainings and actions in a systematic way.
• Support to optimize test programs, introduce AAS.
• Support to Improve test procedures.
• Support to Improve cycle time.
• Further improvement and rationalizing of the Testing technology departments' work processes, by cooperating with LP testing technology and business division improvements.
• Provide support for the engineers of the related testing area in connection with customer claims and special concessions (Sonderfreigabe).
• Responsible to provide training by testing engineers in order to reinforce their knowledge with CCS's.
• Responsible to introduce new test processes in accordance with the existing test strategy.
• Authority and responsibility to initiate action to prevent nonconformity, identify and record all problems relating to the vision system technology safety and quality system, initiate or recommend solutions, verify the effectiveness of the solutions and control further processing or delivery of the non conformance until it has been resolved.

Qualifications

EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics / Electronics

LANGUAGE: English advanced

SKILLS:

Ability to work in a team-based environment and a commitment to continuous learning and
improvement.
• Requires 3+ years in test system area.
• Deep knowledge with electronic diagrams interpretation.
• Knowledge on Bench Top Test Equipment, including DMMs, high current power supplies,
electronic loads, various measurement probes, oscilloscopes (plus CAN Analyzer).
• Knowledge in communications Protocols. CAN, LIN, SWD.
• Experience in traceability systems and databases.
• Experience in the design, development, fabrication, assembly and test of power electronics or analog hardware, particularly focused on power systems and analog electronics in space
environments.
• Basic knowledge in vision system (Keyence, Cognex).
• High knowledge on IPC standards IPC-A-610-F
• Interpretation of technical drawings.
• Knowledge in traceability systems (MES, MIS).
• Knowledge in pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Deep Knowledge in MSA and SPC.
• Knowledge in C++
