Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet client or stakeholder needs.
• Lead technical requirements analysis and transform them into actionable plans.
• Focus on user experience throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Utilize engineering design software, particularly CREO PTC, for engineering design and changes.
• Demonstrate a track record of developing products from conception to completion.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.
• Manage international supplier relationships to support product development.
• Fluency in English is essential for effective communication with global stakeholders.

In this role, you will:

* Leverage your engineering fundamentals and creative problem-solving skills to design innovative, cost effective, and highly functional bathing and styling space products that lead our industry and delight our customers.

* Determine the technical feasibility of new product concepts.

* Collaborate with global cross-functional teams including marketing, program management, industrial design, and operations to develop innovative solutions and deliver quality products on time and within budget.

* Partner with our global engineering organization to capture knowledge, share best practices, and provide feedback on designs and deliverables.

* Study market trends, customer reviews, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies to identify future opportunities for innovation and enhancement.

* Consider diverse perspectives to optimize solutions.

* Recommend actions and drive alignment cross-functionally to launch products that address diverse customer experiences and abilities.

Perfil del candidato

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles focused on new product development.
• Proven expertise in project management and delivering solutions on time and within budget.
• Strong proficiency in engineering design software, with specific experience in CREO PTC preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to innovate and leverage new technologies to solve complex challenges.
• Self-directed individual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and requires minimal supervision.
• Experience working with multicultural and multidisciplinary teams is highly advantageous.
