• Promote awareness and ensure facilities are compliant with physical security standards/policy and business continuity plans. • Crisis management support, including being responsible to provide knowledge and expertise to the regional Crisis Management Team and to assist with implementing a crisis management plan when needed. • Conduct or assist in investigations into allegations of wrongdoing, suspicious activity, or workplace violence in coordination with internal stakeholders (HR, Compliance, and others) and external partners. • Managing the regional travel risk management program by providing security guidance and resources to ensure the safety of employees to high or very high-risk areas in the region, provide pre-deployment briefings and on-call assistance as required. • Provide oversight and consultation support for security technology projects including CCTV, access control and alarm systems in collaboration with Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS), IT, and others. • Develop and conduct security related training for employees as needed in areas such as travel security, workplace violence, security awareness and loss prevention. • Develop and maintain security-related networks including in-country law enforcement agencies, government intelligence services, private security companies, relevant regional security organizations including OSAC Country Councils, the Regional Security Officers, ASIS, ISMA, and others. • Support Executive Protection and Special Event Security as needed in the region.
