The Opportunity

The objective of the role is the automation and programming of databases for the integration of indicators for PEOPLE PMF and the consolidation of those indicators at national level for their correct and rapid management with the operational team. Likewise, support the "Operating the future" agenda with the creation and monitoring of digital dashboards.

Your Impact

As HR Data Analyst your responsibilities would consist of:

• Automated dashboards / scorecards to provide operational visibility
• Monitoring the filling of indicators for each PMF site
• Database cleaning and monitoring
• Analysis and communication of opportunities in databases to operations
• Communication of operational results for PEOPLE team

Who Are We Looking For?

• 1-3 years of database experience
• Power BI (intermediate)
• English (intermediate)
• Great communication skills
