- Compile, proofread, and revise drafts of legal documents and reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal standards.
- Obtain relevant information from other organizations or agencies, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Create and organize information, ensuring that documents and data are easily accessible and properly filed.
- Prepare and format legal reports, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and firm guidelines.
- Maintain and update databases and tracking systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
- Upload documents and manage incoming mail, ensuring timely and efficient handling.
- Respond to all case-related inquiries promptly and professionally, providing excellent customer service to clients and colleagues.
- Communicate effectively with immigration agencies, clients, and teammates, both orally and in writing.
- Perform other duties assigned.
- Minimum of 6 months of experience as an administrative assistant
- Bilingual in English and Spanish] (written/oral); fluency in both languages is mandatory.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent research and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Familiarity with key legal principles and procedures is a plus.
