Position: Sales Specialist
Working Hours: Predominantly US business hours (Pacific Time).
Locations: Join our remote team, open to candidates in Mexico as well as across Latin America! Hiring Company: We run customer service operations for e-commerce stores, providing customer service agents as well as customer service operation management and infrastructure improvements (workflow improvements, reporting, AI, etc.). We launched in 2015 and have a fully remote team of 100+ global employees (including Managers, Client Management, Sales, etc.) and a great culture. While the majority of our team is in Philippines, we're expanding our sales team to Mexico and Latin America.
Position Summary: As a Sales Specialist for HelpFlow, you are expected to sign up good-fit clients for the 1st quarter by executing an existing consultative but structured sales process with prospects. You will drive conversations forward with scheduled & unscheduled calls, emails, SMS, and other creative follow-ups to build interest and eagerness in prospects to move forward in the sales process to a successful signup. This will include engaging in expertise/value-building conversations in online communities with prospects that could be a fit for our services.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Preparation/execution of sales calls.
- Sales follow-ups (email, phone, etc.)
- Negotiation, closing, and kickoff of new clients.
- Collaborating with the Customer Success team on expanding existing clients.
- Engaging in industry social media communities.
Requirements
Mission-based: ( * are required)
- * Experience with B2B consultative sales process with 2-3 call sales process, not just transactional sales process.
- * Experience owning / achieving sales quota in B2B services with $10K initial contract & appx $60K-$100K+ annual.
- * Experience in customer service BPO, with a strong understanding service, client value, etc.
- * Can craft concise & compelling sales emails, both for follow-up and prospect response situations.
- * Experienced and effective with sales / CRM tools for prospect communication, pipeline management, etc.

- * Remote work ready:Stable High-Speed Internet with Backup computer (laptop or desktop) with recommended quad-core CPU 2.5hgz+, RAM 8GB+, and dual monitorheadset, mic, and webcam for meetingsfocused workspace.
- * Fluent in conversational English written and verbal.
- Ideally, at least 1 year of work-from-home experience.
