Procurement Analyst

?Responsibilities:

·        Ensures an accurate and efficient raw material supply process

·        Ensures the accuracy of supplier and item master data.

·        Check MRP results and send forecasts/cancellations to suppliers

·        Track supplier deliveries, identify bottlenecks and increase risk of shortages

·        Support technical changes guaranteeing the order/delivery of new components

·        Supports supplier integration (location, consignment agreements, logistics agreements, delivery performance evaluation, etc.)

·        Develop and maintain regular contact with suppliers.

·        Collects and communicates costs related to non-compliance due to supplier

·        Guarantees the prevention and treatment of obsolete materials in case of exhaustion or technical change

·        Identifies excess stock, performs root cause analysis and initiates corrective action

·        Contributes to inventory processes and cycle counting in the plant.

·        Periodically review the evaluation of the supplier's delivery performance”

Required skills:

·        University

·        Minimum 1 year of experience

·        Advanced English, conversational and written

·        Experience working

·        Organized and self-motivated work attitude

·        SAP system management

·        Advanced knowledge of MS Office
