Project Coordinator

Job Overview:

Join our team as a Project Coordinator and lead the successful execution of CIC Professional Services projects from initiation to closure. This pivotal customer-facing role requires coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee project schedules, ensuring technical consulting services are delivered in line with the CIC Services Package scope.
• Maintain accurate internal documentation and data capture within company systems.
• Organize and facilitate meetings between customers and internal teams to advance project implementation.
• Assist the Customer Success team by providing weekly updates on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), resource utilization, and project status.
• Lead the discovery process, estimate project efforts, set milestones, and allocate resources effectively.
• Manage fast-paced projects through strategic collaboration with cross-functional departments.
• Monitor project progress, address dependencies, assess risks, and update project stakeholders and leadership teams on status.
• Handle customer escalations promptly and effectively.
• Achieve utilization targets as specified for this role.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing coordination or project management role.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for customer interactions and internal communications.
• Prior experience in managing Java projects is advantageous.
• Familiarity with tools like Confluence and Salesforce is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Proven ability to develop innovative solutions to various project challenges.
• Eagerness to pursue a career in Program Management and personal growth.
• Ability to navigate and deliver results in ambiguous situations.
