A financial company is looking for Trilingual customer service representative
Responsibilities and key activities:
- Receive incoming calls from customers in English and Portuguese.
- Deal with them in a professional manner by logging a service request, dispatching it to the correct local technician and providing all necessary information to the customer.
- Ensure that all incoming calls are handled quickly and efficiently within the department's KPI.
- Receive and process emails from customers.
What you will need for this role
- 2+ years of relevant experience and/or training in customer service or call centre.
- Bachelor's degree
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Fluent in Portuguese (oral, written)
- Ability to speak clearly and understandably on the telephone in English and Portuguese.
- Ability to enter information into a computer while speaking on the telephone.
- Ability to interact with our customers and service personnel in English in a courteous, friendly but not "chatty" manner.
- Good spelling, communication and data entry skills in English.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence in English and Portuguese
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where there is limited standardisation.
- Ability to interpret a wide variety of instructions in English and Portuguese, whether written, oral, diagrammatic or in the form of a schedule.
