A financial company is looking for Trilingual customer service representative

Responsibilities and key activities:

• Receive incoming calls from customers in English and Portuguese.
• Deal with them in a professional manner by logging a service request, dispatching it to the correct local technician and providing all necessary information to the customer.
• Ensure that all incoming calls are handled quickly and efficiently within the department's KPI.
• Receive and process emails from customers.

What you will need for this role

• 2+ years of relevant experience and/or training in customer service or call centre.
• Bachelor's degree
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Fluent in Portuguese (oral, written)
• Ability to speak clearly and understandably on the telephone in English and Portuguese.
• Ability to enter information into a computer while speaking on the telephone.
• Ability to interact with our customers and service personnel in English in a courteous, friendly but not "chatty" manner.
• Good spelling, communication and data entry skills in English.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence in English and Portuguese
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where there is limited standardisation.
• Ability to interpret a wide variety of instructions in English and Portuguese, whether written, oral, diagrammatic or in the form of a schedule.
