Collections Specialist for Michemix

We are seeking a Collections Specialist to join MICHEMIX´s team. This position will play a vital role in managing accounts receivable for our clients in Mexico and the United States, primarily with distributors.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Allocating payments from customers.
• Monthly reconciliation of Accounts
• Creating manual invoices according to customers' needs.
• Sending closing balances to all customers on a monthly basis.
• Posting manual journals in SAP.
• Collection of aging items.
• Releasing blocked orders on the system.
• Allocating payments from OXXO, Walmart and others.
• Creating reports of aging invoices
• Conciliation of invoices/weekly payments
• Communication with both internal and external customers.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in collections or accounts receivable roles.
• Knowledge of accounting systems such as SAP.
• Effective communication skills and ability to problem-solve.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
• Preferably experience working with distributors in Mexico and the United States.
• English profesional language (MUST)

Economic Offer:

• Monthly gross salary: $26,000 to $29,000
