Job Summary:

Collect the information of daily payments with internal and external users to pay timely the obligations of Companies, investigate information, upload the payments in banks, book deposits and payments of banks in accounting D365 system, review and confirm bank accounts to ensure the correct information.

·        Follow up for timely payments

·        Collect, review and confirm bank accounts of suppliers

·        Upload and set up payments in different bank platforms

·        Accounting register of payment

·         Fill out formats for banks

·        Review banks daily to check income and withdrawals

·         Send payments detail at suppliers and inform users about the payments

·        Elaborate the bank reconciliations for monthly closing

·        Record accounting operations

·        Follow up and coordination of new process and implementation of new systems

·        Report documentation for Internal/External Audits

·        Control of virtual file of bank statements, re-conciliations, payments support

·         Upload on Audit platforms documents required

·        Participate in different Treasury projects

Qualifications:

·        Bachelor degree required, Master degree desired (Administration, Accountant)

·        English minimum B2

·        5 Years of experience in Treasury, bank re-conciliations, managing at least 5 Companies of Services (multitask), Manage integral ERP, desired experience in Accounting Firm.
